A new house!!! The Baywood!

Hey guys its Stone with a new house called the Baywood.

Now here are some ideas for decorating the Baywood.

Well here it is theeeee Baywood. This house is a little beach inspired and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 1 car garage. On the house's info in sims it says its CC free however the small white balcony on the second floor in the front of the house is not base game and neither is the garage door (from sims 3 store). However everything else is basegame. None of the furniture/items in the ideas for the Baywood come with the actual house. The house has no furnishings and also has a price tag of about $30,000. So won't you fall in love with the Baywood today?
